6 FUNDAMENTAL CHANGES FOR SABAH.

RECLAIMING Sabah And Sarawak's Status In The Federal Constitution As Equal Partners With Peninsular Malaysia With Emphasis On 5 Critical Areas Of Political And Socio-Economic Development.

On 16.9.1963, both Sabah as good as Sarawak assimilated Peninsular Malaysia as equal partners to form Malaysia underneath a Federal Constitution. 49 years later, Sabah as good as Sarawak has emerged as unequal partners as compared with Peninsular Malaysia.
This has caused widespread rancour as good as even disillusionment which Sabahans as good as Sarawakians have gone retrograde as good as lost out in almost each aspect as compared to Peninsular Malaysia.

Despite outrageous healthy resources, Sabah stays a lowest state in Malaysia as good as both states' roads as good as infrastructure have been zero compared to Peninsular Malaysia. If PR wins power, PR will reclaim Sabah as good as Sarawak's status in a Federal Constitution as equal partners with Peninsular Malaysia with emphasis upon 6 critical areas of domestic as good as socio-economic development.

The choice for Sabah is clear either they instruct to sojourn as a lowest state in Malaysia or shift as good as make an effort to be a richest state in Malaysia with these 6 elemental changes.

1. Equitable share of oil as good as healthy gas by increasing from 5% to 20% to finalise long-standing problems relating to economy, preparation as good as ! misery e radication;

2. Improve a infamous state of road infrastructure as good as upgrade existing ports as good as airports.

3. Ensure adequate as good as uninterrupted supply of water as good as electricity. Install giveaway wifi in open places to yield internet entrance as good as connectivity for all.

4. Establish a Royal Commission of Inquiry to take action opposite those responsible as good as finalise a crisis of illegal citizens;

5. Appoint wherever probable Sabahans for a government positions in Federal as good as state departments; and

6. A people-centric land policy by ensuring which those holding open domestic posts have been not competent to apply for state land; no removal or degradation of 999 year land titles to 99 years; as good as involuntary renewal of land leases upon expiry with payment of only 10% of land reward (90% discount)
