We have wish in presenting to we Miss Billie Holiday as your entertainer for this weekend. After listening to these signature tunes by her, we will agree with us that Lady Day is the greatest female exponent of this All-American art form called the Blues. In this selection, she is accompanied by the little of the most appropriate jazz men of all times.

Nicknamed "Lady Day" by her crony as well as musical partner Lester Young, Holiday had the seminal influence on jazz as well as pop singing.
