A dissonance of comments greeted antithesis personality Anwar Ibrahim's recent acknowledgement which he would retire from politics should Pakatan Rakyat fails to form a Federal government during a coming polls.
Interviewed by Financial Times, Anwar described a subsequent ubiquitous choosing as his last try during toppling Barisan Nasional.
"If we win, we shall proceed. If not, let a new era take upon a struggle. Let me retire as well as lapse to teaching," he said.
