Well...if our PM Loves to fume Expensive Cigars in posh Hotels, afterwards it could explain what he has IN COMMON with his lavish wife!
As the smoker myself we know Cigars are not CHEAP and mostly smoked on 'special occasions' whilst for the Lavish & Wealthy it is seen as the sign of "STATURE & CLASS" compared to only cigarettes or even the pipe which is only for you normal joe who can't AFFORD the Havana Cigar or the costly classy Humidor to keep/store them in.
