SHAH ALAM, Jun 7 The National Higher Education Fund Corporation's (PTPTN) solidify upon loans to Universiti Selangor (Unisel) field is the betrayal to Malays studying there, the PAS MP has said.
"More than 90 per cent of Unisel students have been Malays; when you don't authorize the loan, you have been betraying as well as scornful the Malays.
