
DAP supremo Lim Kit Siang today pronounced it will re-open investigations in to a RM30 billion monetary liaison which Bank Negara allegedly mislaid by speculations in a foreign exchange (forex) if Pakatan Rakyat capture Putrajaya.
"If Pakatan forms a sovereign supervision in a subsequent general election, there should be a royal commission of exploration in to a RM30 billion Bank Negara forex waste liaison in 1992, as well as in to all a alternative monetary scandals during former budding minister Dr Mahathir Mohamed's 22-year premiership," Lim sad in a statement today.

"I had estimated in Parliament two decades ago which Bank Negara mislaid a colossal RM30 billion. But Bank Negara claimed an RM10.1 billion detriment in 1992 as well as RM5.7 billion in 1993.
"Rosli pronounced yesterday which Bank Negara claims of waste were "schematically understated", hidden by revaluation of Bank Negara's gold holdings an! d revalu ation of quoted investments," he said.
'Scandal contained rapist elements'
Lim combined which Rosli revealed his call in Parliament for a royal commission of exploration afterwards was abandoned as an investigation would be "politically disastrous" as it involved absolute individuals.
"Rosli pronounced sure people would have been in jail as rapist elements existed in a forex scandal. The rapist eleme! nts were negligence, overstepping of power, forgery of accounts, "creative accounting", misinformation, crack of trust as well as corruption," he said.
