KUALA LUMPUR, Apr 5 The KL Performing Arts Centre (KLPAC) arguable currently it had submitted a permit duplicate for a Singapore Dance Theatre (SDT) to sovereign authorities a month ago, refuting a sovereign minister's explain which it had not done so.
