Tributes have poured in for a "dedicated" military military military military officer who died of a heart attack upon Monday evening.
George Town emissary OCPD Ahmad Bakhtiar Kassim had collapsed - complaining of chest heedfulness as well as shortness of exhale - while playing badminton during a Penang Buddhist Association in Anson Road about 6pm.
