A couple of days ago, we listened that the highly expected EGM of Koperasi Permodalan FELDA Malaysia Bhd (KPF)s was cancelled. The EGM of the 224,000-strong cooperative was called off following the Kuantan High Courts temporary claim restraint the transfer of shares from the cash-rich cooperative to FELDA Global Ventures Holdings Bhd. FELDA Global is upon its way to the listing upon Bursa Malaysia,
