KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Indian Business Association (Miba) today urged a supervision to recur a proposed RM9.10 fee assign to come in Singapore around a Eastern Dispersal Link (EDL) Expressway.
The expressway is being constructed by a Malaysian Resources Corporation Bhd (MRCB) as well as is approaching to be finished in Feb subsequent year.

The Johor-based businesman said Miba is not against to development projects that have been beneficial for a people, though stressed that such projects should not be a burden.
"The wisest proceed would be for a Cabinet to reduce a rate, that has yet to be confirmed," he said.
According to him, a little 60,000 Malaysian as well as Singaporean highway users travel between a dual countries on a daily basis.
"So, they have to spend an extra RM200 a month if a tall fee is implemented," he said.
