Mahathir to Koh: Just Quit Presidency of Gerakan
Former Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad has called on Dr Koh Tsu Koon to step down as Gerakan president for failing to lead his celebration properly.
Speaking to reporters today after the duty in Kuala Lumpur, Mahathir pronounced the personality must step down after creation the major failure, as Abdullah Ahmad Badawi did as BN arch after the 2008 ubiquitous elections.
"I am contemptible to say this about Koh. Personally he is the really good male but he has failed in his duty. Gerakan has failed as the result of this. If he is to lead Gerakan in the choosing afterwards it might not bring the desired stroke for BN. He has been there as well long as well as is not in effect as well as hence, he should resign," he said.
The former Premier pronounced the event should be given to other Gerakan members as the party has other capable leaders.Mahathir pronounced in Malaysian culture, it was unfortunate which celebration leaders as well as ministers do not renounce or take responsibility when something bad happens as well as instead overstay.
He referred to which Malaysia should instead adopt Japanese enlightenment of governance, which see cabinet ministers resigning rught away after the major scandal. "We should not overstay.
