The Minister of a Federal Territory cannot do anything about DBKL. Even a Prime Minister cannot do anything about DBKL.

An authentic NGO does not ask for hawker licenses - unless they wish to traffic as hawkers for a month. Then only call them hawkers or traders. But a NGOs do not ! sell mur uku or halwa. They sell their licenses to a genuine traders (or a unfamiliar traders).

DBKL issues a licenses for RM120. These licenses have been then sole to a bad hawkers for RM2900. That is a clean distinction of RM2780 per license. Now a bad hawker has to toil like a dog, he will have to persperate red blood and tears for a month only to cover this RM2900 investment. This is called screwing a poor.

If there have been 100 licenses issued, a distinction is RM278,000 - buta money, done up front without even having to sell a singular square of muruku. If there have been 500 licenses released - which is over a million Ringgit buta money.

Often there have been no licenses released during all. The hawkers have been only authorised to open their stalls though they will not be harrased. They have already paid for their "place in a sun'.

There has to be a little organisation indispensable to do all this arising of licenses for RM120, sell them for RM2900 per license, an! d share a rob with "all of which indicate behind to" we know who?

This has been starting on for years. Even a Prime Minister of Malaysia has no power to stop this.

I think a time has come to only stop these bazaars. They have been so Third World anyway. They leave garbage on a streets, they sleep in a streets, they reall mess up a place.
