KOTA KINABALU: A fuel tank during an eccentric energy plant (IPP) in Sepanggar Bay exploded Monday as well as a tremors sent people scurrying for safety.
However, firemen managed to avert a major mess when they arrived in a nick of time to bring a fire under control as well as stopped it from spreading to a categorical fuel tank during a IPP during Kg Malawar about 40kms from here during about noon.
