Sarawak launches 50th independence anniversary celebration

KUCHING, Mar 31 Sarawak tonight launched a 50th autonomy anniversary jubilee with a participation of about 50,000 people during 47 venues throughout a state.

The categorical venue of a jubilee during a State Unity Stadium in Petra Jaya was attended by about 5,000 people led by Sarawak Yang Dipertua Negeri Tun Muhammad Salahuddin Abang Barieng.
