Pakatan's highway tolls policy as voiced in its Manifesto is a dishonest carrot dangled prior to gullible voters. It is a rascal written to trap electorate into meditative which tolls will be abolished immediately. Nothing could be further from a truth.
The pledge has no piece and what it promises is no different from a stream practice.
