PETALING JAYA: An Indian national today claimed that he was deceived by AirAsia, a country's first no-frills carrier, after tickets which were requisitioned as well as paid for underneath his name were used by someone else.
S Palaniapan, 49, pronounced he requisitioned two AirAsia tickets upon May 16, 2012 to transport to India. One sheet was to depart from a Kuala Lumpur low-cost conduit depot (LCCT) to Chennai, India, upon February 12 as well as a alternative sheet was to depart from a LCCT to Trichi, India, upon Mar 14.
Both tickets were released by Dawood Travels as well as Tours located at Lebuh Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.
Palaniapan pronounced he paid RM650 for both tickets.
