(The Star) - There is no video justification of a two group who were released summonses for indecent behaviour, says State Local Government, Culture as well as Tourism Committeechairman Datuk Takiyuddin Hassan.
He denied revelation a media which a Kota Baru Municipal Council had such video evidence.
"What we pronounced was which there was justification (video) for certain cases though not in a case in subject (the group who were released with summonses for indecent poise at a Kota Baru airport).
"There have been cases where we have video justification as well as some have been though any video justification ... we done a ubiquitous matter upon a emanate upon which day as well as we was not referring to a case in particular though in general," he pronounced after agotong royongactivity in his constituency Bunut Payong here yesterday.
Pressed upon whether a legislature has a video, Takiyuddin, who is also PAS assistant-secretary general, pronounced he could not answer a subject as well as should a case finish up in court, it would have to come from a council.
"If we (the press) do not hold me, it is up to a duo to take whatever action they wish since what we pronounced was about such cases in ubiquitous as well as we did not particularly focus upon a duo," he added.
