Ramli: Is Musa jealous of my official send-off?

Former CCID director Ramli Yusuff believes former inspector-general of military Musa Hassan could be sceptical that benefaction IGP Ismail Omar had given him aproper retirementceremony last month.

"I hold (that Musa) was hostile as when he retired, Ismail did not give him anything (a proper send-off). But we got that honour."
Ramli reached compulsory retirement age on March 1, 2008. But he was embroiled in a justice box where he was accused of non-disclosure of his assets.
After 5 years, a courts cleared him, clearing a approach for his central sendoff.
NONE"I consider that was why Musa (left) was bitter with Ismail. If Musa wants to be accorded a same ceremony, greatfully ask a IGP nicely. Why must MusaattackIsmail in a open?" he quipped, adding that both Musa as well as Ismail had served under him in a CID for 6 years.

Ramli also pronounced that during his time there was no involvement by a senior manager nor a home minister as military were able to do their job professionally.

"As policemen, we can advise a cabinet ministers but they cannot discuss it us what to do. We have been professionals as well as we have been trained policemen, we have been not politicians. Politicians, as lawmakers, have to work together with a police.

"During my time there was no division from a Home Ministry. There was no such thing that we have to do this as well as do that," he retorted.

Musa had previouslyrevealedthat Home Minister Hishammuddin Hussein had interfered with a military by giving directions to his subordinates.

Hishammuddinrespondedby asking why Musa had lifted a emanate usually now, just as a ubiquitous choosing was approaching as well as claimed what was brought up was a big lie.

Unreliable witness!

Ramli pronounced that former IGP Musa'sSabahcase that was associated to abuse of power, where a Sessions decider decided Musa was an dangerous witness when his testimony contradicted with other youth officers, showed what he was able off.

"If this court's preference was done outward Malaysia, a chairman would have quiescent like what had happened with a Singapore Parliament orator whostepped downrecently following allegations of a sex scandal."

Ramli claims that a former IGP is perplexing to re-invent his image with a new open disclosure.

"
My group have papers to uncover that Musa haslinksto a black market by a likes of a Goh Cheng Poh (Tengku Goh) as well as BK Tan, who have been his great friends.
"Musa was observant CCID cannot open box files opposite gambling operators. He should review a law carefully because all military officers with a compulsory rank, have a powers to investigate."
The Tengku Goh as well as BK Tan links has been reported formerly as theCopgateaffair.

Ill-feelings
On a question as to why Musa had ill-feelings opposite him, Ramli disclosed that he had once released a show-cause letter to Musa in 2001, for si! milar to disperse military prosecuting officers.

"Musa represented me in that assembly that was chaired by his great friend Abdul Gani Patail, who was afterwards conduct of prosecution in a Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC).
"There, Musa concluded that immature deputy open prosecutors from a AGC could conduct a prosecution in a magistrates as well as sessions justice but consulting me or a afterwards IGP, Norian Mai.

"Norian was upset with me following a preference as this involves process counts as well as Musa should have consulted with a conduct of department or a IGP over this. As a result we had to emanate a letter to Musa. The military protested heavily with a AGC.

"As a former officer in assign of a Kuala Lumpur courts with a arrange of superintendent, we had rubbed 200 policemen including a military prosecutors as well as we have been professional in a jobs as well as achieved improved than a little of a immature DPPs.
"Nevertheless, when Musa became IGP he pushed by a idea, ensuing in a disbanding of military prosecutors," he said.
