Khalid denies Navindran was made a scapegoat


Former Selangor military chief as well as current deputy inspector-general of military Khalid Abu Bakar has denied which Constable V Navindran was done a scapegoat for a death of A Kugan.

Khalid, who is a suspect in a negligence fit brought by Kugan's mom N Indra, confirmed in a High Court today which there was no cover in a military investigations.
