Court junks Ibrahim Alis suit against PKRs Saifuddin

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 7 The Civil High Court here currently struck out a RM2 million insult suit by Pasir Mas MP Datuk Ibrahim Ali opposite PKR secretary-general Saifuddin Nasution Ismail over an essay in a party's mouthpiece, Suara Keadilan daily, two years ago.

Justice Datuk Hue Siew Kheng in chambers postulated Saifudin's application to strike out a suit with RM8,000 in costs.

Lawyer for Saifuddin, Puspawati Rosman, cited a judge as saying, between others, that a justice did not find a essay defamatory. Bernama
