Nazri rubbishes Penang's 'anti-hopping' law proposal

Minister in a Prime Minister's Department Nazri Abdul Aziz has slammed a Penang government's proposal to enact an 'anti-hopping' law, observant it goes conflicting a principle of freedom of association guaranteed by a federal constitution.

Defectors did not stick upon BN
