Mentri Besar Khalid Ibrahim and Pakatan Rakyat lawmakers have tabled a turning point suit allowing a Selangor Economic Development Corporation or PKNS to open up a 7% special discount indifferent for Bumiputera to all races innate in Selangor, who wished to buy homes built by a state-owned property developer.
According to a Bernama report on Thursday, Speaker Teng Chang Kim had voiced a suit received majority await during a Selangor state assembly, where a Pakatan binds 33 seats, compared to a twenty held by Prime Minister Najib Razak's BN coalition.
The suit was submitted by DAP assemblyman for Kota Alam Shah M Manoharan and upheld by Lau Weng San, a DAP MP for Kampung Tunku, during a Selangor state assembly.
