The Selangor state assembly has been abuzz with the revelation which Agriculture as well as Agro-based minister Noh Omar had been concerned in house house pet prawn plan at his Tanjong Karang parliamentary constituency.
The revelation was done by Sekinchan state assemblyman Ng Suee Lim who claimed Noh paid for thirty acres of land at the heavily ignored price in 1995, the year he won the Tanjong Karang seat.
Last year, Noh inked the deal to lease the land to Pristine Agrofood Sdn Bhd for its prawn tillage plan in 2011 for 10 years.
"Noh's involvement raises the emanate of dispute of seductiveness as he is additionally the minister responsible for the industry," Ng said.
The land, originally categorised as the commercial plot, had been converted to cultivation land in 2011.
"The people are having tough time removing lands though the key personality is since land easily. we visited the place as well as now it has been converted for prawn farming," Ng added.
Ng furnished the request to back his claim: an agreement in between Pristine as well as Noh.
