SHAH ALAM, July 23 Selangor promised currently a same Hari Raya reward for state polite servants if Putrajaya announces a payout during federal level.
But Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim denied this was a state's diversion of "one-upmanship", according to English daily The Star this morning.
"If a federal staff gets it, so will a polite servants working in a state. This is not about one-upmanship.
"It will be a same (amount) since it relates to pension," he was quoted as revelation reporters during a state secretariat here.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak was reported as saying yesterday which a supervision would have to impute to its comment books prior to determining upon a Hari Raya reward for polite servants.
The suggestion was initial mooted by Cuepacs upon July sixteen to ease a financial burden of Muslim celebrants during a month of Ramadan.
