Ianya mungkin kelihatan agak biasa memandangkan berbilion-bilion kontrak kerajaan dianugerahkan setiap tahun. Jadi.. jka dibandingkan dengan ratusan Billion kontrsk yang bernilai RM30 Juta itu adalah kecil nilainya..
Satu-satunya masalah dengan kontrak kecil yang bernilai RM30 Juta ini ialah Istijuara Sdn Bhd dimiliki oleh Raja Nong Chik Zainal Abidin, Menteri Wilayah Persekutuan dan Bandar.
Dan ini bukanlah satu-satunya kontrak kerajaan yang telah dianugerahkan kepada syarikat beliau.
Anak perempuan Raja Nong Chik berusia 26 tahun, Raja Farhana, disenaraikan sebagai salah seorang daripada dua orang Pengarah syarikat. Beliau memiliki 399.999 daripada 400,000 saham. Ini bermakna secara praktikal beliau adalah pemilik tunggal syarikat dengan Pengarah yang lain hanya memiliki satu saham.
Syarikat it! u, yang ditubuhkan hampir twenty tahun lalu apabila Raja Farhana masih di darjah satu, mempunyai kerugian dibawa ke hadapan berjumlah kira-kira suku juta RM dan liabiliti semasa kira-kira RM400, 000 terhadap aset semasa..
