Suaram's Scorpene case out 'to cause chaos'



Human rights NGO Suaram is out to "cause disharmony in the country" by filing the box in Paris related to the squeeze of two Scorpene submarines, pronounced Umno secretary-general Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor.
