BANGI, Apr 9 Only a Cabinet will deliberate upon a commentary of a national preparation system evaluation panel, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin pronounced today.
"It is upon a government level, it will not be brought to Parliament; it will be passed as well as carried out by a Cabinet," he told reporters here.
The emissary budding minister pronounced a blueprint for a government's preparation reforms is expected to be completed by August, as well as will be voiced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak.
"After that we will carry upon work before a end of a year when we present a finish inform to Cabinet.
"There is a roadmap, a stream system works, but we have been open towards improvement," he said.
When asked whether a shortage of teachers in Chinese vernacular schools would be partial of a preparation review, Muhyiddin replied "that is an executive matter."
"That is not a policy matter, a question of lack of teachers need not be discussed, if teachers have been needed we will find teachers," he said.
Muhyiddin pronounced his Education Ministry is now implementing a "first phase" of a preparation examination around engagement with stakeholders such as teachers as well as school principals.
"This is so they understand a need for a study, a examination is to rivet them. We have been open to ideas as well as suggestions," he added.
He voiced today a brand new members for a preparation examination panel. They have been Tan Sri Kamal Hassan, Datuk Dr Adi Badiozaman Tuah, Datuk Chuah Hean Teik, as well as Dr N. Rajendran.
