It does not mean which a electoral hurl is "dirty" just because there have been 42,051dubious names in it, according to a Election Commission (EC).
This "only" translates to 0.3 percent, EC arch Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof told a press conference after chairing a lecture for MPs in Parliament House today."Where in a world is there an electoral hurl which is 100 percent accurate?" he posed.
"When a NRD (National Registration Department) attempted to hit them, there was no response. But a EC cannot just undo their names unless it is approved which they have been dead."
He said a NRD has usually managed to clear a standing of 301 electorate in a 'doubtful' list.
