KUALA LUMPUR, Mar 2 The Sabak Bernam lawmaker condemned to 6 year's jail for creation false claims will lose his position as multiplication arch but will sojourn an Umno MP at least until a next general election, Datuk Seri Najib Razak pronounced today.

"He will sojourn an MP until a election. We'll see how it goes after that," Bernama Online quoted a budding minister as well as Umno president as observant today.

Datuk Abdul Rahman Bakri as well as help Rosli Busro were condemned yesterday to 6 years' jail as well as fined RM400,000 each for creation false claims.

The Shah Alam Sessions Court had yesterday found a two guilty on eight counts of creation false claims totalling RM80,000 for events which never took place 4 years ago.

But a justice postulated them a stay of execution tentative appeal, allowing Abdul Rahman to keep his chair for a moment.

A by-election will not be called even if Abdul Rahman does not interest a sentence as he has served over two-thirds of a five-year term.
