(Bernama) - The Raja Muda of Perak, Raja Dr Nazrin Shah today criticised people who were strange in implementing a New Economic Policy (NEP), causing a failure of a great policy to meet its thought of helping a country's Malay-Muslim community.
Raja Nazrin pronounced due to their bad attitude, a thought of equitabledistribution of resources between a ummah (Muslim community) could not be reachedwhile a censure went to a noble policy introduced by a government.
He pronounced a people should realise which it was no fault of a NEP though thosewho committed various malpractices during a doing level, ensuing indepleted resources tenure as well as businesses between Malay individuals, as well as economicleakages.
Speaking during a seminar upon 'Wakaf: Generating Development", during Bank NegaraMalaysia here, Raja Nazrin pronounced studies showed which only six per cent of thewealth owned by Malay people could reach their third era as well as onlytwo per cent, a era thereafter.
