I also occur to know which the supposed item declarations the KPMG did for Guan Eng's Penang were NOT done around Statutory Declaration. In alternative words, dear Readers, Guan Eng's item stipulation is just the square of paper as good as not the legal document.

p.s. Ah, I roughly forgot, respected professionals lay upon MACC panels, together with people who have been really critical of the BN even if they do not consider much of Pakatan Rakyat.
