KOTA BAHARU, December 17 Some 1,000 units of houses catered for a low-income group will be built subsequent year in conjunction with a Malaysia Compassionate Housing Programme project. The plan is managed by a Proprimas Holdings Sdn Bhd (Proprimas) according to a Bernama Online inform today.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Proprimas, Datuk Dr Baha Nordin said which a houses will be built using prefabricated materials as well as is approaching to be launched by Datuk Seri Najib Razak in February subsequent year.
The houses have been approaching to good those who have been currently in a supervision zone as well as pensioners, privately former servicemen who do not own their own homes.
A total of 120 contractors have already been identified by Proprimas for a project. Dr Baha explained which a overall construction will take about two months to complete. He combined which there have been already 700 field from Kelantan.
