Abandonment of housing projects will soon be a criminal offence

KUALA KUMPUR, Nov sixteen Amendments to a Housing Development (Control as well as Licensing) Act 1966 will have it a criminal offence for housing developers who destroy to finish a housing plan or means a desertion of a project.
