KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 7 The prosecution in Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's sodomy hearing currently challenged a spinal surgeon's comment of a opposition leader's behind condition, by producing video footage of him picking up an intent with strong ease.

The closed-circuit television recording constructed in justice was taken from a lift in Desa Damansara upon Jun 26, 2008 a day Anwar was alleged to have sodomised complainant Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan.

The footage showed a PKR de facto leader entering a lift as well as "bending" forward to pick up a briefcase as well as cosmetic object.

Solicitor-General II Datuk Mohd Yusof Zainal Abidin asked orthopaedic surgeon Dr Thomas Hoogland either a CCTV clip showed which Anwar was capable of "bending" without showing any pain.

But Dr Hoogland argued behind which he could not have a correct comment as a recording was played "too fast" as well as which he could not see Anwar's facial expression.

"He is expected Mr Anwar as well as he is means to bend. we never said he cannot bend.

"He has suffering in bending as well as he has to do his motion slowly. Here (in a clip) we do not see it," Dr Hoogland told a court.

Yusof also questioned a Dutch surgeon earlier upon either Anwar's physical condition had softened after his surgery in 2004.

"Yes," said Dr Hoogland, whilst stressing which although some aspects of Anwar's health improved, his arthritis had worsened over time.
