PKR leader to be charged over Arqam concert


PKR central care council member Badrulamin Bahron will be charged together with sixteen others by a Selangor Islamic Affairs Department (Jais) on December 20 following his detain at a unison organised by former followers of a deviant transformation Al-Arqam.

According to Malay dailySinar Harian, Jais executive Marzuki Hussin said which organisation will be charged in a Kuang Syariah Court with violating a Selangor mufti'sfatwaunder Section 12(c) of Selangor Syariah Criminal Enactment 1995 for attempting to revitalise a criminialized movement.

"Before this, they were incarcerated for dual days true as partial of investigations by Jais coercion officers. Their statements were also available on a same day of arrest, prior to they were brought to a Kuang Syariah Court for a case's initial mention and were expelled on a RM1,000 bail with a single surety," Marzuki added.
