Lawyers for Senator Raja Datuk Ropiaah Abdullah today denied her association deceived Deepak Jaikishan's organisation out of the multi-million ringgit land understanding as the argumentative carpet play had asked for the refund.
The argumentative office worker has been revelation the media this week that the Selangor Wanita Umno arch had stolen his land as well as resold the apportionment to the plasticware builder in the joint-venture development.
Raja Ropiaah's Awan Megah (M) Sdn Bhd's lawyer Saseedharan Menon suggested that Deepak has no claims over 3 parcels of land in Bukit Raja as his association Astacanggih Sdn Bhd's land bond had expired.
The counterclaim additionally highlighted that Deepak's solicitors had sent the territory 218 notice under the 1955 Companies Act demanding the reinstate of the RM13 million already paid to Aman Megah, thus terminating any agreements that they had.
"(Do we agree that) we cannot now ask for the land to be transferred?" Menon asked, to that Deepak disagreed.
