Umno will employ the new complement to stop "undesirable elements" from entering the annual general assembly starting Nov 27.
Works cabinet member Rauf Yusoh pronounced the complement will employ "photo as well as biometric identification" to allow only those certified to come in the assembly halls in the Putra World Trade Centre in Kuala Lumpur.
