WHEN the Dewan Negeri debated the 2013 State Budget recently, Chief Minister Musa Aman made good his recent promise to give the NCR emanate the good airing during the (then) forthcoming State Assembly meeting.

He saidthat the Communal Titles could during the little point in the future be sub-divided in to individual lots should the beneficiaries so wish, though not before the individual lots for which they find apart titles have been fully developed.
- There is the fourth entrance for locals to have the stake in the land which they cultivate. This is in the form community grants, which is, the granting of land to supervision agencies for in situ agricultural development in partnership with locals in the area upon an estimable basis.
Musa disclosed which the state supervision is planning to emanate community grants in Kota Marudu, Pitas, Tongod, as good as Semporna totaling to 47, 177 hectares.
