Syabas in bid to ration water at once

KUALA LUMPUR, Jul 14 Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Syabas) is looking regulatory capitulation to proceed H2O rationing exercises for tools of a Klang Valley, The Star reported on a website today.
According to a newspaper, a H2O concessionaire is asking which National Water Services Commission (SPAN) allow it to conduct a rationing with evident effect.
The company said a urgency was required it was now faced with a H2O crisis, citing reserve levels which have dipped to only 2 per cent.
The mandated H2O reserve level is twenty per cent.
Areas which will be affected by a practice include Kuala Lumpur, Hulu Langat as well as Klang.
