Malaysian blogger in a US, Dr (medical doctor, not Yap-kind of doctor) Bakri Musa, has posted dual or his six-parter which I consider my friends at a Education Ministry should follow closely. Never thoughts Dr Bakri prefers a word "reform" to "transform", his outside-looking-in ideas as well as wisdom have been profitable for a Ministry's efforts to revamp a education. And his summary is clear: We must urge further a preparation quality which we give a children [notwithstanding a great scores a WEF has given us].
