Lawyer acting on behalf of Southern Ads Sdn. Bhd. Dato' Baljit Singh Siddhu claimed which lawyer Kamal Hisham Ja'afar, who is a executive as well as shareholder of a pronounced company, left a country after Police reports were lodged opposite a latter on 31 Mar 2011. On twenty-eight Feb, he called for a media conference alleging Kamal for "Criminal breach of trust, rascal as well as elements of cheating".
Baljit pronounced in which media conference, "Very funnylah. Report lodged as well as he ran away. From which onwards when reports were lodged, he was no longer around. (He disappeared) After a Police reports were lodged opposite him on 31 March. In April (2011), he's in Dubaii".
However,evidence shown here pass believed to be Kamal Hisham Ja'afar's which he left a country on 25 Mar 2011 to come in Singapore. On a same pass page, obviously hammered a date he left Singapore.
