Malaysian nabbed over S$22,000 theft at Gentings Singapore casino

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 23 Singapore police today arrested the 30-year-old Malaysian woman who is believed to have stolen S$22,000 (RM52,876) from the man during Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) in the island republic, the Singapore Straits Times reported.

According to the newspaper, the 38-year-old man reported to the police last December which his money amounting to S$22,000 had been stolen by the female think who had earlier befriended him during the RWS casino.

When the police arrived, the think was no longer during the scene, according to the inform posted on the newspapers website this afternoon.

Officers from the Clementi Police Division carried out an endless follow-up investigation, and arrested the think during the Marina Bay Sands (MBS) road house early this morning.

If found guilty of the offence, the think could face seven years seizure and the fine.
