Amputee from SS19 gets prosthetic leg from HannahYeoh

AMPUTEE AND FATHER OF SEVEN CHILDREN, MOHD NOOR BUSIN CAN NOW LOOK FORWARD TO WALKING AND MOVING AROUND FREELY WITHOUT THE AID OF A WHEELCHAIR.

Mohd Noor, 68, who lost his leg in July last year due to diabetic complications, perceived his brand new prosthetic limb from Subang Jaya representative Hannah Yeoh during his home in SS19 recently.
"I initial saw Mohd Noor when you carried out agotong-royongproject in a area. He had applied to get a prosthetic leg from a Social Welfare Department though there was no feedback," pronounced Yeoh.
Mohd Noor's children went to get a quotation from a hospital for a prosthetic leg as good as were faced with a RM7,990 bill.

"His children managed to save up RM2,000 which was not enough.
"My bureau offered to present a change of RM5,990 for Mohd Noor to have his leg in time for his son's wedding in December," Yeoh said.
She urged a Welfare Department to speed up cases such as these in destiny to relieve a weight of people with disabilities since a cost of prosthetic limbs is really expensive.
Mohd Noor's daughters, Nor Hamidah, 17, as good as Nor Hummida, 19, are really happy which their father can finally pierce around without a wheelchair.
"I'm really grateful for a prosthetic leg. you hope which when my father gets used to on foot with a prosthetic leg as! good as is means to take caring of himself again, my comparison sister can find a pursuit to help our family," pronounced Hamidah.
At a moment, Hummida stays during home to take caring of her father.
"I am really happy since things will be easier now, not just for myself though for my other family members as good as my father as well.
"I am also really grateful for Yeoh's help since you appealed to a Welfare Department in Aug though got a really late response.
"Now which my father has a prosthetic leg, you am during ease. He can go a toilet as good as wash without carrying to sit in a wheelchair now," pronounced Hummida.
SS19 Rukun Tetangga authority Jamal Mohamed also thanked Yeoh for assisting Mohd Noor.
"We are really appreciative of her for entrance to our aid," he said.
